Members in "Thumpers" are Ken Weidaw. Dave Plehn (lead guitar), Dave St John (drums), Tom Wyper, Jim Hall (bass), Emmitt Siniard (rhythm) [as given in local news reports]. Formed from Arcadia High School (Arcadia, California) graduates, early band names were "The Plague" and "Spun Glass". They opened for Savoy Brown, The Flying Burrito Brothers, Ike and Tina Turner and The Grass Roots and performed at the Troubadour and Canada's Expo '70. Some tracks produced by Jerry Riopelle, and several members played on or contributed to Jerry's solo records.
