EP contains multimedia features: MP3 files of all five cuts and two AVI video files that consists of the band performing live on Greek television in 2000 two of their compositions, 7Tide and Helium (which sound different from the versions that eventually wound up on this privately pressed EP). The line-up in these performances is slightly different. Bob Katsionis plays keyboards in the live appearance on the Greek TV (7Tide.avi and Helium.avi)
