The first 26 copies came with a green cover instead of the standard white one and were lettered A-Z. The first 5 copies are promos with larger text. Some CDs did not burn properly, so some numbers are missing, and the CDs number around 90 (despite the CDs themselves stating that the release was limited to 100 copies.
