First 50 copies came with a hand-stamped number and assembled envelopes containing photographs of each of the band members, with album information affixed to the back of each photograph. Record release show version of 30 copies issued with a spray painted gold CD containing an additional song called "Free Pizza, Free Haircuts". Catalog number derived from the matrix.
