Time Can Kill are a dark electronica inspired duo comprising of drummer/ producer Mark Heaney and vocalist Vittra Dis. Mark met Vittra whilst she was singing at a jazz bar in central London, he immediately asked if she’d be interested in singing on some sonic music he’d created. Fusing Mark’s dark loops, soundscapes and heavy live drumming with Vittra’s venomous, emotionally charged lyrics and powerful vocals, the Time Can Kill sound was created. This is something they’d both been searching for, for some time – a vehicle in which to uncover the darker side of human experience. Mark has previously played drums for artists such as Gang of Four, the Klaxons, Jacknife Lee and John Squire. He has also worked as a producer and composer featuring on both the big screen and the TV. Vittra Dis emerged on the London jazz scene in 2012. Little is known of her life up to that point and she prefers it that way. Formed in Jan 2013.
