Tiofoto Picture Agency was formed in 1958 by a group of ten photographers (Sten Didrik Bellander, Harry Dittmer, Sven Gillsäter, His Hammarskiöld, Tore Johnson, Hans Malmberg, Pål-Nils Nilsson, George Oddner, Lennart Olson), then under the name Tio Fotografer. A year later they started a stock photo agency called Tiofoto, a common forum where the ten photographers could display and sell their images. Through the years a lot of talented photographers have been affiliated with the agency, such as Tina Miguel, Torbjorn Larsson and Mattias Nilsson.
