Romanian composer, conductor, teacher born in Sculeni-Bălți, August 8, 1938 - passed away 29.11.2010 from cancer. His father founded folk orchestra Orchestra Doina Moldovei. In 1954 debuted at 16 years as pianist. He colaborated with Romanian Radio as pianist, composer and conductor. From 1969 participated at numerous music festivals and win prizes. He comosed over 400 songs for many romanian singers.
