Italian composer, pianist and conductor, born in Gallarate (Milan) November 9, 1923 - February 3, 1985). Began the career as a transcriber of Radio Record Ricordi music publishing and since 1958 as an arranger at Dischi Ricordi. He's in several jazz bands, then stars to collaborate with Giorgio Gaber, writing among others, "L'Alfabeto del Cielo" (The Alphabet of the Heaven) which is presented in 1960 by Tony Renis. Also writes some songs by Maria Monti. For most of his work uses the pseudonym of TOANG, which contained the end of the name and the beginning of the last name.
