Volume 6 - The Old Times Volume 6 of the Farm Tapes goes back to some of the earliest material dubbed “Tadpoles” by Todd Parker. Draw a Picture from 1986 is one of the first songs to hint at the psychedelic direction the project would take and the rest of the songs in this volume, mostly recorded in 1987, begin to explore the genre. The cover of “With You” was recorded in 1988 after a particularly mind-blowing performance by the young Flaming Lips in a small club in Champaign, IL.
