Tom Carlsen

Tom Carlsen (1968) is a Norwegian Sound Engineer, educated at NISS - Nordic Institute of Stage and Studio (1988-90). He worked for Janco-Visjon, Kanal 3 TV and Acem Radio & TV, before he started as Sound Engineer at MajorStudio in 1992. He has recorded and mixed music with many great bands and musicians, for both Norwegian and International music labels. Tom has also done many demo recordings, audio books, radio & television commercials, live recordings and more. Several of the productions were nominees or winners of the Norwegian Music Award "Spellemannsprisen" and several received the "Golden Record" for sales of more than 25.000 records. Tom left the music industry in 1997.
