Radio DJ, artist, label owner. Born January 18, 1947 in Chicago, IL, died November 9, 2010 in Texas. At 14 Tom Dooley had already laid his criminal life behind him and dropped out of high-school. Before he reached 17 he had gone through radio school, started working at a radio station in Dyersburg, TN, gotten married and had his first child. His first record label, Dana Lynn, was named after that child. He mainly worked in radio but also pursued a career in music. He became a Christian in 1978 and mostly worked for christian radio the rest of his life.
