Guitarist and singer from Milwaukee WI, active from the late 1960's until his death. Brother of Scott Finch, and they played together in several bands, including: The Palmettos, White Lie and A Band Called Finch, which was later shortened to simply Finch, thus providing the source for their stage names. Tom was also the bass player for the band, Illegal Smile.
