CEO Cheetah Records January 1987 – January 1997 (10 years 1 month) Orlando, Florida / Miami, Florida / Atlanta, Georgia Founded Cheetah Records as an Independent record label, after years of working with Major Labels and artists like INXS, YES, Wham and Debbie Gibson. Built Cheetah Records to Americas #1 Independent Record Label according to Billboard Magazine and Box-office Magazine 2 years running. With my Partner, Mike Hampton, we created a haven for artists and produced over 66 RIAA Certified Gold and Platinum Records between us… Nominated for Grammies 3 times, Chrystal Reel Awards 4 times, MTV Video Awards 3 times, and countless distribution and industry awards. Mr. Reich’s Marketing and Promotional campaigns were considered among the best in the industry, he was known for creating the Base Genre, The Clean Rap section, was a major contributor to the Americanization of Industrial Rock and Rave Music, and helped D.J.Magic Mike become the most awarded Rap artist in history. After a successful run in the music business, Tom became the Executive Vice President, American Monogram Entertainment from 1999-2000. He was In charge of day to day activities producing a TV pilot, Kaptain Techno's Kartooniverse. Tom was responsible for writing original scripts, hiring and coordinating set personnel, casting and market coordination. During that same time Tom was the Producer, Product Coordinator, North Hampton Partners from 1997-2006. Tom has produced and directed over 100 full-length DVD / VHS projects from conception, visual, audio, menus, and market ready art work. Five of the packages sold among the top 10 of all animated DVD products on the market (See Awards section). Tom was honored by Fox-Lorber as Producer of the Year for "Cartoon Crazy Series" selling in the millions. Tom Reich has had an extensive history in marketing, sales, Technicolor Development, Animation, and Public Relations as well as Technologies Management. His expertise as an experienced producer and project coordinator with over 30 years experience taking projects from the conception to the finished marketable product. Most recently, Tom and Director Richard Pabis completed the PBS Documentary, The Wonderful World of Fish Keeping, as well as "The Instant Fish Tank" and their first Blue Ray project, "The Blue Ray Aquarium". Tom has also been teaching and giving seminars at Full Sail University, and is a noted photographer and writer.
