Tracks 1, 5 and 19 were taken from Indians Cowboys Horses Dogs. 2, 4, 8, 16 and 18 from Cowboy Real. 7 from Cowboy'd All To Hell. 10 from Road To Bayamon. 11 and 15 from Song Of The West. Track 14 was recorded live at 2006 Roots On The Rails Song Train. Tracks 3, 9, 13 and 17 are previously unreleased demos. Track 6 taken from The Eagle & The Snake: Songs Of The Texians (Brian Burns) and 12 from The Long Ride (Ramblin' Jack Elliott). Special thanks to Corky and Bill for the long ride.
