This was released simultaneously for record store day 2012 in Australia, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom and USA. The records are each housed in printed picture sleeves with plain white paper inner sleeves. All three records are house within a thin cardboard slipcase. Limited to 5,000 copies Worldwide. Of these 1,900 were made available for North American stores, the remainder were distributed in other territories. 'Tomahawk' recorded at Sound Emporium and New Reflections, Nashville, TN. 'Mit Gas' recorded at Grandmaster Recorders, Hollywood Mixed at Sount City Studios, Van Nuys. 'Anonymous' recorded and engineered at Lake Fever Productions, Nashville, TN. And at Vulcan Studios, San Francisco, CA. Mixed at Vulcan Studios, San Francisco, CA. Mastered by Lurssen Mastering, Los Angeles, CA. Published by D-Lineator Musik, (BMI), Mal Di Gola (ASCAP), and PPKA Music, (BMI). The sticker affixed to the front of the release on the shrink wrap reads: "Limited edition long playing records box set Tomahawk all 3 albums on vinyl for the very first time!!! This box contains space to insert the soon to be released 4th Tomahawk LP. In stores summer 2012." Rear cardboard slipcase reads: C&P 2012 Ipecac recordings www.ipecac.com 27 Orinda way, Orinda, CA 94563 Manufactured and distributed by Fontana Distribution. United Record Pressing, Wes Garland and Nashville Record Productions were not credited directly on the release. They have been identified via information in the vinyl runout area. Tracks are presented sequentially 1 to 13 for Tomahawk, and 1 to 13 for Anonymous. As such this numbering scheme is used for the whole submission.
