Croatian poet and songwriter. Born 1906 in Split, died 1980 in Zagreb. Founder of Croatia Film. One of the prizes on Split song festival carried his name until 1990. Best known as the author of lyrics for evergreens such as "Galeb i ja", "Romanca", "Pismo ćali", "Naše malo misto" etc.
