This is the first edition from November 1994 (as per cover). Letterpress printed on grey cardboard. Packaged in a Discfolio, designed and printed at Independent Project Press, Sedona, Arizona. "This recording is dedicated to Adam Rutland". The backcover features "dischord 95.5" and "IP 051 cd" as catalog numbers. The CD face features "DISCHORD 95.5" and "IP 051 CD". The sticker features "IP051cd". The enclosed catalog insert refers to this as "IP051CD".
