Note label for "I" is actually titled: I Left My Heart (CAPS - In San Francisco) IN SAN FRANCISCO Delivered to jukebox operators in a brown kraft paper bag with text, a miniature copy of album artwork and jukebox stripes. Columbia had extensive Stereo Seven releases targeted at Juke box operators. The labels on these singles had the juke box package designation number (starting with "JS7-") on the left side of the label, in addition to the regular S7 number. Jukebox records also have JB at the end of label matrix nr. JS7-65 contains music from At Carnegie Hall Recorded Live June 9, 1962 Cover: JS7-65 Label: JS7 - 65
