English music journalist and writer, born in 1964, from south London. He relocated to the USA in the late 80s. As a teenager he was also a member of the band Apocalypse (24) which was later reunited in 2006. Founder of the fanzine / magazine Jamming!. Do not confuse him with Tony Fletcher (2), English manager of Chameleons, who died in 1987.
