Founded in 1996 by Hendrik Wilhelms, Michael Anhalt and Martin Clabunde, joined in 1997 by Stefan Müller after his musical partner Bob Henning went back to university. Afterwards Michael and Martin left the company. Worked closely together with Session Group Records.
