Project after an idea of Dutch care-organization "Dichterbij". The lyrics are based on poems by clients with mental limitations of "Dichterbij". There's also a deluxe edition (EXCEL96204) in which the CD is packed in a working, mechanical, music box which actually plays one of the songs.
