Transistor6 is a blend of darkness, trip-hop and pop. The multilayered sound is a moody and cinematic affair with heavy analogue synthlines, dreamy ambient textures and classical string arrangements combined with harsh distorted sounds, squeking noise and sharp beats. The vocals switch back and forth between whispering sadness and catchy choruses. The main focus for the band is to build an emotional soundtrack that will create images in the mind of the listerner and make them part of an imaginary movie.
