Tudikas Wayne Hunnicutt's (b.1981) first known recordings are a set of xylophone-based breakbeat compositions made in a North Carolina basement in the 1980s on a Playskool Tape Recorder. As a young teenager in the mid 1990s he spent much of his time frequenting low-budget raves, where he first discovered electronic music. He began djing at the age of 16 and producing rudimentary compositions on his parents' computer soon thereafter. Migrating first to Baltimore, then to Asheville and now residing in Portland, he has spent the last 15 years in intermittent solitude crafting the product that you can hear today.
