Issued in a plastic sleeve with folded insert, and a large promo sticker on the plastic sleeve. Sticker note: Copenhagen's finest exponents og electro pop, Turboweekend, have announced the release og 'Into The Pavement' on 3rd April, guest-starring Efterklang's Casper Clausen alongside Turboweekend's own Silas Bjerregaard on vocal duties. The three childhood friends, Silas, Martin and Morten, decided to form Turboweekend in 2006 as a playground project. That playground project has now yielded live shows to tens of thousands of people, a clutch of awards, millions of views on youtube and forthcoming European tour starting in the UK om April 6th at London's historic Borderline club. The band have a strong history of pushing themselves in all areas of their work and their approach to the video for Into The Pavement bears this same hallmark. Part of the idea surrounding Turboweekends latest free EP 'Bound', was more direct involvement of their fans, for example by making all stems for the band's tracks available to download for free so fans could remix as they wanted. The band took the same approach with their artwork and videos on their website under the monicker 'Fan Made' - http://bit.ly/atjCVY In December they asked fans and friends to send in home-made videos of themselves miming to the track 'Into The Pavement', and the has now edited all these clips together into a full video, and wrapped the story about a small possessed TV around it.
