TWO DOLLARS - BIOGRAPHY In 1995 the two members of TWO DOLLARS met for the first time at the commercial academy in Wels (Upper Austria). At this time, without any defined music orientation, the members Alexander A. and Stoyan N. started to play electronic music. From the beginning, they were focused on the heavy duty stuff of electronic music, then they turned over to the softer Ibiza House grooves. After two years of basic training and innumerable private Parties, they played their first public gig at the E-Motion - Part Two in Linz (Upper Austria) together with big popular Acts from the House-Music Scene. Four years passed away, since then TWO DOLLARS got to a well-known name and they played in the most important Austrian Clubs and Parties (Amnesia World Tour/Linz, In Bed with Space, Feté Blanche, Unite Parade, Pressure, and many many more). With this high profile, they had a lot of Bookings in notably Clubs in Germany too. The dynamical DJ-Team from Upper Austria performed with many interesting international Top-DJ-Acts: TOM NOVY, PHIL FULDNER, PLASTIK FUNK, SYKE´N´SUGARSTARR, CHRIS MONTANA, ENO-C, LES SCHMITZ, LUETZENKIRCHEN, OLIVER BACKENS, STEFAN GRÜNWALD, FALKO NIESTOLIK, BOOGIE PIMPS, 2 ELEMENTS, GORDON EDGE, DER DRITTE RAUM, OLIVER HUNTEMANN, XENIA BELIAYEVA, ALEX BAU and many more… Their first own track “Talkin’ about” was produced and released in 2005 and entered the 5th place in the Austrian Dance Charts. Afterwards they came up with the single Two Dollars feat. Leroy Daniels – “No Money”, and remixes like: Falko Niestolik pres. Richard Oliver - Voodoo Love , STM pres. E. Vysher - Fly Away, Konstantin Wallner - At Night, SM-TRAX - Got The Groove 2.8 With their current single, Two Dollars ft. Fanel – “I need to know”, the progression of TWO DOLLARS is noticeable. Bold basses pared with melodically instruments and soul vocals classify the track! All in all the DJ-Team produced three tracks on their own so far and remixed about six tracks from well-known DJ-fellows.
