Track 1 recorded at Banana Harvest, London, "live on a hot August night". Tracks 2, 3 & 4 are remixed from the album Every Man And Woman Is A Star. In explanation of the title of this EP, the sleeve-notes of the album mention that Sweetleaf County (in Arkansas) was the home of Dewey who one night spoke the phrase "Every man and woman is a star" which later became the title of the LP. Track 2 remixed at Boundary Row, Londo. Track 3 remixed at Western Works, Sheffield.
