All songs recorded, mixed and mastered between 2007 and 2009. Song #1 is taken from the benefit CD compilation "La nostra scelta 2", that will be released in 2009. Songs #2/5 are taken from the 7" split with Mr. Murrungio, released in January 2009. Song #6 is taken from the 7" compilation "Più veloce!", released in April 2009. Songs #7/15 are taken from the 7" "Annusarsi, scegliersi, lamentarsi", released in May 2008. Songs #16/23 are taken from the 7" "La semina e il raccolto", released in June 2007. Song #24 was recorded during a live show in May 2008. Track 15 is a Nerorgasmo cover (1984).
