Finished November 2001, still available (also as double CD with 'Symphony I - Deep Dark Red'). UDOM's very first 'official' release. This album went through a lot of changes before it was finished. The idea was to re-release 'Symphony I - Deep Dark Red', but i had some ideas for new tracks and it turned out as a combination of older tracks and new tracks, the older tracks were actually re-recorded and under influence of some of the other UDOM-members, these new versions were shorter and less dark and doomy. I was not at all satisfied with these new versions and had to choose : either release an album of 'the band' UDOM, or start a new solo-project, where i could do what i wanted. UDOM and i already went trough some hard times as a solo-project and the choise was easily made : UDOM would continue, but as a solo-project and back to it's roots...I forgot the new versions of the older tracks and started working on new material, inspired by the difficult times i was going through at that time. From this moment on, UDOM really started to grow, it was clear to me that UDOM would be a solo-project from now on and this had a positive influence on the project : in a short time i wrote the 3 tracks (and as an act of rebellion i included 'In The Mist', which was not metal at all, but which was and still is one of my faves...in the end, UDOM is my project, as long as i like it, everything is fine) and at the same time i already started working on new material, some of this is already finished, some not yet... Recorded and mixed at Templa Libitina during august and september, music and lyrics written by S, during oktober 2000 and oktober 2001.
