Don Urbino Ruiz, born in Arichuna, Apure state, on February 17, 1949, at the age of 7 he began to perform the harp, receiving in the beginning support from two important copleros from the golden age of Llanera Music: Marcelo Fifth and Angel Custodio Loyola. With only 12 years old, he accompanied the harp to the second one in presentations inside and outside the country. His first album was recorded when he was just 13 years old.
