Producer, composer and guitarist from Berlin (Germany) born at the 17th of November 1960 in Leipzig (Germany) in a musical family (father was directot, mother was opera singer). From 1967 to 1977 he studied violin at the conservatory of Halle (Germany). In 1974 he started to play guitar and got some private lessons, but mostly learnt himself. In 1975 he joined his first band: Scolares, a school band. In 1976 he joined his first profesional band: Klink-Formation, from Halle (Germany). From 1978 to 1979 he played with Uschi Brüning. A few months he was part of Modern Soul Band in 1980. From September 1980 till September 1986 he was a member of Stern Meissen. Than he did lots of studio work for several artists. In 1986 he got his first contact with Silly, and joined them as guitarist and composer in 1986. In 1990 he started to work as producer. In 1994 he founded Danzmusik Musikproduktion together with Tamara Danz and Ritchie Barton to produce the albums of their band Silly, but later also other artists. In 2000 and 2001 he was part of the band of Joachim Witt.
