Uwe Rahn (born 21 May 1962 in Mannheim, West Germany) is a former German football player.Rahn played 318 Bundesliga matches in his professional career, scoring the majority of his 107 Bundesliga goals in his eight years at Borussia Mönchengladbach where he grew to a West Germany international and lifted the kicker-Torjägerkanone award for scoring the most goals in the Bundesliga of 1986–87. The attacking midfielder scored 24 goals that season, magnificent fourteen in the course of the final nine weeks of the season. Subsequent to this achievement, Rahn was handed the Fußballer des Jahres award in 1987.
