Slovak jazz-rock orchestra. Formed in 1974, led by Vladimír Valovič. Originally featuring members of the Gustav Brom Orchestra (Josef Audes, Mojmír Bártek, Gustav Brom jr., Jaromír Hnilička, Zdeněk Novák, Igor Vavrda) and the Czechoslovak Radio Dance Orchestra Bratislava (Alojz Bouda, Stanislav Herko, Dušan Húščava, Juraj Lehotský, František Karnok, Pavol Zajaček, Cyril Zeleňák), as well as Ladislav Gerhardt or Gabriel Jonáš, among others. 1979–1983 mainly recording as a pop orchestra, backing Slovak mainstream vocalists. In the mid-1980s returned to fusion jazz, featuring young musicians and international guest soloists.
