Production company formed by the partnership of George Vitale and Dargin McWhorter in order to back McWhorter's younger brother, who recorded under the name of Sam Russell. Produced "Put A Little Love In Your Heart" for Jackie DeShannon in 1969 and continued producing records for the next 20 years, changing the company name to 54 East some time in the mid-70's.
