This release was a parody on the dutch Vader Abraham and one of his protogees, Mieke. This single was for sale at the end of the 1976 show "En Dat Is Twee", in which Robert Long shared the stage with Nelleke Burg. The profits of this single were for the "Stichting voor Leprabestrijding". Identical to Lepra Is Lijden but this version has a blue/white cover on structured paper and has a orange paper label.
