Vakavalta, a Tampere-based four-musician band creates and performs Finnish pop/folk music. The band started in 2012 as Elina’s and Tuomas’ song-making project and in 2014 Mikko and Samuel joined the current lineup. The band’s forte are catchy melodies and an acoustic sound as well as sweet singing. In 2015, the band released a 4-song EP which was recorded live in studio.
