Vauvandalou

Band,

In May 2007, the CBC-owned web radio show Bande à part and actor Marc Labrèche gathered a number of Quebec rock musicians for a one-off supergroup single. The group, Vauvandalou, consisted of Fred Fortin, at the time of Les Breastfeeders, Simon Proulx of Les Trois Accords, Jean-Philippe Fréchette of Navet Confit and Vincent Peake of Groovy Aardvark. Marc Labrèche is also featured on vocals. The single, "0.99$", debuted on Bande à part's podcast, and its video debuted on SRC Television's "Le Fric Show", hosted by Labrèche, on May 31, 2007. The band has not produced or released any further collaborations.
