Fashion model turned singer, Veniece Stalks recorded for Hi Records as Veniece Stalks and later as Veniece, joining the label in 1965. She toured Europe supporting Wilson Pickett during the early 1970s. Her version of Otis Clay's "Trying To Live My Life Without You" in 1975, was her final recording.
