Verena von Strenge (born 27 July 1975) is a German singer and dancer best known for her stint as the lead singer for the German happy hardcore dance group Dune from 1995-1997 and 1999-2000.Verena's love for dance started when she was very young. At the age of five, she was taught classical dance by her grandmother who was a former ballerina. However, Verena had to give up her plans of being a professional dancer due to knee problems.
