Vianey Valdez was born in the month of August 1943, there is disagreement as to the place of his birth as some say the Federal District and others that his birth was in Saltillo Coahuila. However reaches Monterrey Nuevo Leon in 1965 and since then is adopted as Monterrey. Before arriving in Monterrey Vianey he had already recorded some discs on the Peerless brand with numbers like Trucutu, Henery Hawk, etc with relative success. In 1965 she was hired by the TV channel 6 Monterrey to be the host of a musical program following the format of the programs at that time were fashionable in the United States. Vianey agrees to be the host of the program on the condition that the musical direction was in charge of Homero Gonzalez Vianey who already knew before, Homer eventually would be an important element in the success of the program is the author of most lyrics of the songs they premiered there. Vianey teamed with Labastida Sanchez Leopoldo "Polo" exvocalista group of exvocalista Juan Garza Apson and mathematicians as well as Jorge Baron who came from Mexico City and had been in turn lead singer of a little-known group called the Zipps. The program began in February 1965 and quickly became the favorite of youth being an important showcase for a countless number of groups and soloists at local and national level. The program was recorded live and spent every day from Monday to Friday with a duration of one hour, no doubt that sympathy and charisma Vianey whom many considered the Mexican Brenda Lee contributed greatly to its success. Weekends Saturdays specifically transmitia Program "Dancing couple" was the gala program also led by Vianey and his companions with the same success which was transmitted daily.
