Stephen Singleton Tracks 1 to 8: Vice Versa 8 Aspects Of Vice Versa compact cassette demo tape - 8 tracks. The original cassette of the recordings on this CDR was handed to Stephen Mallinder (Cabaret Voltaire) back stage at one of his band's pop concerts. Mr Mallinder expressed his scepticism by stamping upon said cassette, which was then surreptitiously retrieved by Glenn M. Wallis (Konstrukttivists) and passed onto the author. Stephen Mallinder's unorthodox approach to the art of remixing result in the Fatboy Slim type sound effects heard (some twenty years ahead of their time) on track 6 and may have been inspired by the fact that Vice Versa pissed over everything Cabaret Voltaire did since The Voice Of America. Recorded April 1980. Written & Produced by Vice Versa. (P) & (C) Vice Versa 1980. Tracks 13, 14: Vice Versa Stilyagi c/w Eyes Of Christ (Backstreet/Backlash Records BBR003) 7" black vinyl - 2 tracks. Written by Vice Versa. Produced by Martin v.d. leer. Recorded at Backlash Studios, Rotterdam, August 1980... even though it sounds identical to the cassette versions. (P) & (C) Neutron Records 1980. Track 2 mis-spelled as "Stilyargi". Tracks 16 to 18 also taken from 1980: The First Fifteen Minutes.
