Drum & Bass (Neurofunk) producer from New Plymouth, New Zealand. Victim's passion for drum & bass began in 2007 after hearing music from the likes of Phace, Misanthrop, Noisia and Teebee. Releases from labels such as Subtitles, Vision and Shadow Law were a huge influence & inspired him to start djing. A few years later in 2009 he began producing drum & bass and hasn't looked back since. In 2014 he went on to release music on Neurosense Audio, Transmission Audio and Optimus Gryme Recordings. Victim then collaborated with friend Dose to produce a track called “Scourge” which was pressed as a limited edition yellow vinyl sampler to Dose's “Mind The Future” album released on Klute's Commercial Suicide imprint. Since then Victim has gone on to release other collaborations alongside Dose and also solo EPs on Dutch label Citrus Recordings. Victim has been working extremely hard, developing his sound, honing his corner in the market, and pushing the boundaries of production & sound design. With forthcoming music on ProgRam, Red Light Records, Citrus Recordings, Lifestyle Music UK and untold amounts of big projects on the boil, 2017 and beyond is looking very bright for this talented young producer.
