Originally released on Victor "Bat Wings" label with price restriction to the left of spindle hole, in July, 1917. This record remained in the Victor catalog until 1928. This release, without the price restriction or the "Use Tungsten Needles..." statement on the label, likely dates to between 1919-early 1920s.
