Formed in September 1981 by Κώστας Ποθουλάκης (Costas Pothoulakis) and Φιλώτας Βασκαλής (Fill Scars). The Punk/New Wave experience of Costas from 'Parthenogenesis/Παρθενογέννεσις' and 'The Reporters (2)' along with the music influences of the rest of band's members created the final sound of Villa 21. On 11/11/1982 they made their first live appearance at 'Σοφίτα' club (Athens). They gradually changed their music style to Garage/Punk. They disbanded in 1991. In 1993, Costas Pothoulakis was killed in a car accident. A concert was organized by 'Headquake' & 'Nonmandol' in memory of Costas.
