Vjekoslava Huljić

*1963

Croatian pop music lyricist, born March 27, 1963 in Tomislavgrad, Bosnia-Herzegovina. After years of some lyrics contribution (1981-1995), since 1996 she has become a major lyrics author for Tonika Records label, owned by her husband Tonči Huljić and has achieved a title of the most prominent female lyricist regionwide recognise. In a fruitful collaboration with him as a music author, as well as with others, she has made almost 500 lyrics for various artists, which including complete Tonika Records artists catalogue. Her lyrics has been delivered some capital songs of Doris Dragović, Jelena Rozga, Minea, Danijela Martinović, Jole, and also including Oliver Dragojević, Boris Novković, Zlatko Pejaković, etc. She is known as the basic author of percussive lyrics for 'Magazin' (since 1993) and 'Madre Badessa Band' (since 2011) - Tonči Huljić's lifelong music projects. She is also a prominent author of novel stories and poems in juvenile literature.
