Czechoslovak trombonist, arranger, conductor. Born June 6, 1920 in Košice (former Czechoslovakia, presently Slovakia). Leader of the Karel Vlach Orchestra trombone section 1945–1968. Later conductor at the Musical Theatres Karlín and Nusle, Prague.
