Romanian actor, singer born in Constanța County, 1882 - passed away 1959 Uncle of Mihai Maximilian (romanian writer), son of Puiu Maximilian (romanian stage manager) He worked in the Operetta Company Nicolae Poenaru and Constantin Grigoriu. Established, together with Nicolae Leonard, Operetta and Drama Company Bulandra-Manolescu-Maximilian-Storin. During 1901-1953 he played in 142 of 190 operettas and comedies, staged over 250 operas and comedies.
