In the year 2012 just before the Maya calender has changed Henning Hinck started his project Voidscream. He tries to achieve a complex and hard psychedelic sound with breakcoreish song structures. The album "Jund" (released on Anomalistic Records) is more focused on dark soundscapes in combination with a hard-hitting psy bassline. On this and on older releases (such as “Cadaverous Bloom”) he collaborates with Antagon (“Terrastomper” from the upcoming album “Jund” and the darkpsy hymn “Abrupt Decay” from “Cadaverous Bloom”) from Damaru Records, which massively influenced his version of modern darkpsy tunes. So from his point of view it was clear to hand out the mastering for his releases to Antagon (“Chasing Ghosts” & “Jund”). His various inspirations come from a blend of different musical styles such as Darkpsy, Hightech, Breakcore, Noise, Crossbreed and Industrial music. However, even with the experimental and unique touch you always get a hard pumping sound! So be prepared for more tunes and screams from the void!
