All songs were recorded at In-A-City Studios, Bradford. Tracks 1 to 4 were recorded August 2000 and originally appeared on the split 7" with Radio Alice released by Hermit Records. Tracks 5 to 8 were also recorded in August 2000 and originally appeared on the split 7" with Kill Your Idols released by Indecision Records. Tracks 9 to 14 and 21 were recorded in January 2000 and originally appeared on the split CD with Out Cold which was originally released by Blackfish Records and later reissued on vinyl on Deranged Records. Tracks 15 to 20 were recorded in October 1999 and originally appeared as the Bookburner 7" released by THD Records.
