Comes in a folded black cardboard cover with hand-written and hand-numbered cover (front name, back number, both in silver). Contains art insert. Limited to 40 copies. This EP was later re-issued on the 2x CDr set "Tell Them We Are Dead" (inam 09) There's no catalog number on the release. It's been retrieved from the distributer.
