Weapons Of Sound
THE ORIGINAL JUNK MUSIC BAND since 1993 Weapons of Sound is a thriving and successful entertainment act, with a hard working team of professional workshop leaders and polished junk percussionists, skilled and experienced in working with any group size for any occasion (be it a workshop in a school or an onstage interactive performance for thousands of people). Performance highlights to date include Weapons of Sound playing at The Champions League Final in Paris (May 2006), by royal appointment at The Queens Jubilee Party celebration at Buckingham Palace (summer 2002) and kicking off the opening ceremony of the Commonwealth Games in Manchester (2002). Also on the CV are product launches and corporate entertainment events that span the globe. From launching The X Box in Cannes to Miller Lager in Shanghai they have also enthralled audiences in Egypt, The Seychelles, Spain, Israel, (to name a few). Travelling the world over the innovative group dazzle and motivate audiences with their jaw dropping show and inspire people of all ages with their encompassing workshops. WOS are proud of the work that they do spreading the message that anyone of any age or ability can have a go at drumming….. On anything!!
